This bright oil painting shows hills rising towards the Dorset coast. Lines of trees surrounding fields create a pattern in the mid-distance. It’s painted with loose brushstrokes in an impressionistic style.
The size is 42 x 59cm (16.5 x 23.4in; A2 size), painted on stretched canvas. The piece will be sent with the canvas still on the stretcher, ready for display.
Painted with oil paints.
The sides of the canvas are neatened off and painted white. Because the piece is finished in this way, there is no need to frame it (unless you want to!) and it can be displayed as-is.
